Shipping Policy - the basics

Sealior ships handmade Thai silk shawls from Thailand to customers worldwide. Please read the details below before placing an order.

1) Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing may take longer.

2) Shipping Destinations
We ship from Thailand to:
Thailand (domestic)
International destinations where carriers service and customs allow delivery
If we’re unable to ship to your location, you’ll be notified and refunded.

3) Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by destination.
Typical estimates (after dispatch):
Thailand: 1–3 business days
International (Asia): 3–7 business days
International (US/EU/UK/Canada/Australia): 5–10 business days
Remote areas: may take longer
Note: Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs delays, weather, carrier disruptions, or peak shipping periods.

4) Tracking
We provide tracking for shipments whenever available.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

5) Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, and brokerage charges set by your country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee (unless explicitly stated).
The customer is responsible for paying any customs-related charges upon delivery.
Customs processing times vary and may delay delivery.

6) Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct (including apartment/unit number and postal code).
If an order is returned to us due to:
incorrect/incomplete address,
failed delivery attempts,
refusal to pay duties/taxes,
we can reship it at your cost, or (where applicable) issue a refund minus shipping costs and any return fees incurred.

7) Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package:
Check with household members/building reception and your local carrier first.
Then contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we’ll help you investigate.
If your order arrives damaged:
Contact us within 1 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will assess and offer a solution (replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate).

8) Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change your address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to cancel it or change the address.
